Shipping Destination

We currently ship exclusively within Croatia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via DHL Express, ensuring fast, reliable, and trackable delivery to your door.

Shipping Cost

A flat shipping fee of €25 applies to all orders, regardless of order size or weight.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you can expect delivery within 1–3 business days to most locations in Croatia. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and local DHL Express schedules.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Croatian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your DHL Express tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment in real time at dhl.com.

Temperature-Sensitive Products & Cooler Packs

Our NAD+ cartridges are temperature-sensitive and require careful handling during transit. Orders containing The Pen + Travel Case are shipped with cooler packs to maintain product integrity and efficacy throughout delivery. We recommend storing your cartridges in a cool, dry place upon receipt, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Packaging

All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@longevitypen.hr with photos of the damaged packaging and product.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship to residential and business addresses within Croatia only.
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
  • Deliveries to remote or island locations may require additional transit time.
