At Longevity Pen, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return policy in accordance with EU regulations.

Eligibility for Returns

  • EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
    • If you are located in the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel your purchase for any reason and request a full refund.
    • This period begins the day you receive your order.
    • Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
  • Unused and Unopened Items:
    • For customers outside the EU, we accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase.
    • The pen, cartridges, needles, and alcohol wipes must be in their original packaging and undamaged.
  • Defective Products:
    • If you receive a defective item, you may request a replacement or refund regardless of your location.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Cartridges and Needles:

    • For hygiene and safety reasons, cartridges, needles, and alcohol wipes cannot be returned once they have left our facility; even if the packaging appears unopened. As we cannot verify if they have been tampered with.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Customer Support:
    1. Email us at info@sensaceutical.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization:
    1. We’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending the item back.
  3. Refund/Replacement Processing:
    1. Once the product is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund (excluding shipping costs) or send a replacement within 7 business days.

Additional Notes for EU Customers

  • During the cooling-off period, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
  • Refunds under the cooling-off period will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
